Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA AJUSTAR UM FREIO DE TAMBOR DE SERVO-DUPLO COM SAPATAS INTERNAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para ajustar um freio de servo-duplo com sapatas internas (9) sendo suportado em uma chapa portadora de sapata (2) a fim de executar movimentos de auto-reforço de flutuação ou de ativação automática contra uma superfície de frenação de um tambor. O dispositivo compreende: elementos de ajuste (30) compreendendo superfícies de empuxo (31) cooperando com as superficies de contra-empuxo opostas (32) de uma extremidade piramidal de um elemento de acionamento (34) fornecidas com uma porção rosqueada (35) alojada de modo giratório em um orifício contínuo rosqueado (36) de um elemento de suporte (37), o orifício contínuo rosqueado estando disposto substancialmente ao longo de um eixo transverso ao eixo do movimento de separação mútua ou de acesso das extremidades das sapatas, o elemento de suporte compreendendo adicionalmente dispositivo de suporte (38) para alojar os elementos de ajuste deslizantemente a fim de formar, com o elemento de acionamento, um suporte e uma estrutura de suporte e de empuxo fechada sobre os elementos de ajuste opostos, o elemento de acionamento compreendendo adicionalmente uma extensão de operação que pode ser alojada a fim de flutuar livremente em uma ranhura fornecida na chapa portadora de sapata de modo que uma extremidade de ativação (41) projete-se do freio.
