Abstract
"APARELHO DE TURBINA DE EXAUSTãO". A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho para suprimento de ar de vedação para uma turbina de exaustão (15). A turbina de exaustão (15) interage com um motor de combustão interna para operação turbo-composta em um veículo. Neste veículo, gases de exaustão a partir do motor de combustão interna são recebidos em um sistema de exaustão possuindo uma turbina supercharger (turbina de superalimentação que possui um compressor que aumenta o poder de combustão do motor) (11), que traciona um compressor (13) para o ar de combustão de motor. A energia residual no fluxo de gás de exaustão é recuperada por intermédio da turbina de exaustão (15) para transferência para o eixo de manivela (virabrequim) do motor de combustão interna. A turbina de exaustão (15) está suportada em um alojamento de mancal (32), que é alimentado com ar de vedação por intermédio de uma linha de fluido (36). O sistema de exaustão compreende uma válvula reguladora de freio de exaustão (16) possuindo um regulador de pressão de gás de exaustão (22) para regular a pressão de freio de exaustão. O regulador de pressão de gás de exaustão (22) está conectado por intermédio de uma linha de ar comprimido (28) para uma fonte de ar comprimido (29, 30), que pode ser conectada em paralelo para o alojamento de mancal (32) por intermédio de uma válvula de precedência (35) e de uma linha de ar comprimido (36).
