Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE MONTAGEM DE COMPENSAçãO DE TOLERâNCIA". A invenção compreende um dispositivo de montagem de compensação de tolerância compreendendo uma bucha tendo uma rosca interna e uma externa. A bucha (101) é roscada em uma parte a ser montada em uma superfície. Uma cavilha (200) é então roscada em um furo de bucha usando as roscas internas. As roscas internas (102) causam um encaixe de interferência entre a haste da cavilha (200) e as roscas, impedindo temporariamente inserção adicional da cavilha (200) . Então, a cavilha (200) é girada adicionalmente, deste modo girando a bucha (101) e fazendo com que a bucha desaparafuse da parte na direção da superfície de montagem até a bucha assentar sobre a superfície de montagem, deste modo compensando completamente um espaço de tolerância. à medida que a cavilha é adicionalmente girada, a um torque relativamente baixo, as roscas internas sacrificiais são espanadas, permitindo que a cavilha seja totalmente inserida por torque no furo da superfície de montagem, deste modo simultaneamente conectando os componentes a uma conexão com torque apropriada enquanto compensa um espaço de tolerância.
