Abstract

"ADMINISTRAçãO DE SEQuêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLéICO A ANIMAL FêMEA PARA AUMENTAR O CRESCIMENTO DE PROLE". Crescimento é melhorado utilizando metodologia potencial acentuada de crescimento para administrar uma seq³ência de ácido nucléico, tal como GHRH ou um análogo, a um animal fêmea, preferivelmente através de uma rota parenteral de administração. Porquinhos nascem de porcas injetadas com DNA codificando GHRH são maiores, e efeitos são demonstrados em gravidez subseq³entes sem administração(s) adicional do vetor.
