"MéTODOS PARA AUMENTAR A TAXA DE DEPOSIçãO DE UM PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA PREFORMA óTICA, E PARA PRODUZIR UMA PREFORMA óTICA, E, QUEIMADOR DE DEPOSIçãO PARA FABRICAR UMA PREFORMA óTICA". Método e queimador para aumentar a taxa de deposição de depósito de vidro poroso na fabricação de preformas óticas, modificando-se a forma da seção transversal do fluxo de partículas de vidro que incidem em uma preforma alvo. Em particular, a seção transversal do dito fluxo de partículas de vidro é modificada aumentando-se a dimensão do dito fluxo de uma seção transversal circular para uma com eixos maior e menor em uma direção substancialmente perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal da dita preforma alvo.
