Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A EVACUAçãO DE UM RECIPIENTE DE ARMAZENAMENTO QUE PODE SER FECHADO POR MEIO DE UMA VáLVULA PARA GêNEROS ALIMENTìCIOS". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a evacuação de recipientes de armazenamento para gêneros alimentícios. Aqui, a invenção se destaca pelo fato de que o dispositivo é configurado como um aparelho acessório (1) para um utensílio doméstico elétrico, portátil, em particular misturador de imersão, e apresenta uma bomba de vácuo (17). Também, a invenção se refere a um processo para a evacuação de um recipiente de armazenamento para gêneros alimentícios, sendo que um aparelho acessório com bomba de vácuo é colocado em um misturador de imersão. O aparelho acessório de acordo com a invenção tem a vantagem que, por meio disto, é colocada à disposição uma bomba de vácuo pequena, favorável em termos de custos e facilmente manipulável para aplicações domésticas. Em contraste com as soluções conhecidas do estado da técnica, não e necessário um utensílio doméstico totalmente novo com correspondente necessidade de espaço adicional. Ainda, o aparelho acessório de acordo com a invenção pode ser operado de modo simples e seguro no uso doméstico.
