Abstract
"SEGMENTO DE MANCAL DE MOVIMENTO LINEAR". Trata-se de um conjunto de mancal de movimento linear (20) para movimento ao longo de um eixo acanalado (10). O retentor de componentes de rolamento do conjunto de mancal (20) é montado a partir de uma série de segmentos de retentor de componentes de rolamento independentes de contato mútuo arqueados (22) . Cada um dos segmentos de retentor de componentes de rolamento (22) inclui pelo menos um trilho de componentes de rolamento (30) que tem uma parte de mancal de carga (34) e uma parte de retorno (36). Pelo menos uma chapa de mancal de carga (44) é posicionada em sentido axial em cada segmento e serve para alojar e transmitir cargas dos componentes de rolamento de mancal (32) na parte de mancal de carga (34) dos trilhos de esferas (30) . Uma estrutura de retentor de carcaça estendida encerra todas as superfícies externas expostas dos segmentos de retentor de componentes de rolamento (22) e é configurada e dimensionada de modo a manter os segmentos de retentor de componentes de rolamento (22) na posição e de modo a alojar uma carga ou diretamente ou indiretamente das chapas de mancal de carga (44).
