Abstract
"MéTODO DE FERMENTAçãO AERóBICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de cultivo de um microorganismo sob condições aeróbicas em um recipiente de fermentação compreendendo a injeção de um primeiro gás contendo oxigênio para dentro da porção inferior do recipiente em um fluxo heterogêneo causando um movimento caótico do caldo e a introdução de um segundo gás contendo oxigênio no recipiente caracterizado por introdução do segundo gás contendo oxigênio como um fluxo heterogêneo de bolhas de gás movendo no recipiente em todas as possíveis direções, independente da direção do fluxo do caldo, resultando em condições de fluxo turbulentas no sítio de injeção; e como um conjunto de bolhas de gás de tamanho não-uniforme e uma distribuição de tamanho ampla.
