Abstract
"MéTODO PARA INSTALAR UMA BOMBA DE COMBUSTìVEL, TRANSMISSOR DE NìVEL DE COMBUSTìVEL E VáLVULA DE ROLAGEM/RESPIRO NUM TANQUE DE COMBUSTìVEL". Uma combinação de válvula de rolagem/respiro (14), bomba de combustível (18) e transmissor de nível de combustível (20) que é instalada através de uma abertura de acesso única no topo de um tanque de combustível (12). A válvula de rolagem/respiro (140 tem uma tira de montagem resiliente (34) ligada e a válvula de rolagem/respiro (14) é ligada ao módulo de transmissor de nível de bomba de combustível (20) através de um tubo de respiração substancialmente rígido (44) e o tubo de respiração (44) tem um orifício acessado exteriormente através do módulo (16). Mediante inserção da válvula de rolagem/respiro através da abertura de acesso, a tira de montagem (34) engata os dentes de catraca (40 ,38) formados no topo e fundo do tanque para fixar a válvula de rolagem/respiro (14) num local do nível mais alto do tanque, remoto em relação ao módulo (16). O módulo (16) posiciona assim a linha de respiro, linha de alimentação de combustível e conexões elétricas, todas juntas, num único local no topo do tanque. O tubo de respiração pode ser formado numa configuração curva para acomodar um topo de tanque abaulado ou rebaixado.
