Abstract
"INSTALAçãO PARA FABRICAçãO DE CLìNQUER DE CINTO". A presente invenção se refere a uma instalação para fabricação de clínquer de cimento, compreendendo um pré-aquecedor (1) que compreende pelo menos um último ciclone (1d) e pelo menos um ciclone próximo ao último ciclone (1c), que são conectados em série com um duto de gás (2c) e alimentados com gás proveniente do último ciclone (1d); um dispositivo de calcinação (3), que compreende pelo menos uma abertura de admissão (9) para introdução de pó bruto pré-aquecido proveniente do último ciclone (1d) e que é conectado a um subsequente ciclone de separação (4); um duto de gás (2d) que conecta o ciclone de separação ao último ciclone (1d) e que compreende pelo menos uma abertura de admissão (11) para introdução de pó bruto pré-aquecido proveniente do ciclone próximo ao último ciclone (lc). A instalação é peculiar em que a abertura de admissão (11) para introdução de pó bruto pré-aquecido proveniente do ciclone próximo ao último ciclone (1c) dentro do duto de gás (2d) que conecta o ciclone de separação (4) ao último ciclone (1d) em um plano vertical, está localizada sob pelo menos uma abertura de admissão (9) para introdução de pó bruto pré-aquecido proveniente do último ciclone (1d) dentro do dispositivo de calcinação. Consequentemente, sem afetar a altura da instalação do pré-aquecedor, será possível localizar o último ciclone (1d) do pré-aquecedor (1) em uma altura arbitrária em relação ao dispositivo de calcinação (3), e o pó bruto pré-aquecido proveniente do último ciclone (1d) pode, portanto, ser introduzido em qualquer ponto dentro do dispositivo de calcinação (3), sem qualquer uso de equipamento de suspensão.
