Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA REDUçãO DE GáS DE MINéRIOS CONTENDO óXIDO EM PARTìCULAS". Processo para redução de gás de minérios contendo óxido em partículas, especificamente material contendo óxido de ferro, no processo de leito fluidizado a uma pressão de < 500 kPa, onde o minério com o auxílio de um gás de redução produzido de carvão é aquecido, opcionalmente também pré-reduzido, em um reator de leito fluidizado (1) projetado como um estágio de pré-aquecimento (5), subseq³entemente é reduzido a ferro esponjoso, em pelo menos um reator de leito fluidizado (2,3) projetado como um estágio de redução (7, 8) , o gás de redução através de um duto de alimentação de gás de redução (12) ou duto de gás de redução (13) sendo conduzido de um estágio de redução (7, 8) para o estágio de pré-aquecimento (5) na direção oposta do material a ser reduzido e conduzido de estágio a estágio e sendo drenado como um gás de exportação após purificação, o aquecimento é fornecido ao gás de redução alimentado ao estágio de redução (7, 8) e/ou estágio de pré-aquecimento (5) , a saber por condução, em conjunto com oxigênio e/ou ar, de uma porção do gás de redução fornecida para redução de gás no estágio de redução (7, 8) e/ou o estágio de pré-aquecimento (5).
