Abstract

"ENFAIXADOR PóS-OPERATóRIO ABDOMINAL APERFEIçOADO E MéTODO DE USO". A presente invenção é um enfaixador pós-operatório e método de uso. O enfaixador é feito de um material relativamente inelástico que é cortado de modo a se ajustar ao paciente e mantido no lugar por uma pluralidade de caudas presas nos enfaixadores. A presente invenção utiliza compressão mecânica ao invés de uma compressão elástica. As cargas mecânicas são carregadas sobre a crista ilíaca, ao enganchar as caudas do enfaixador sobre a crista ilíaca e, em seguida, bifurcando as caudas para fixação à porção abdominal do enfaixador. A presente invenção provê um suporte do tecido abdominal inferior, especialmente próximo aos genitais e na área do peritónio. O corte (117) define uma abertura anal no enfaixador. Os cortes (128, 129) definem aberturas para pernas, juntamente com as caudas (105, 107). A extremidade (135) do enfaixador é mostrada sob e fixada às extremidades das caudas (105, 107).
