Abstract

"EMULSãO PULVERIZáVEL PARA AUMENTAR O ESCURECIMENTO PARA O MARROM DE GêNEROS ALIMENTìCIOS, RECIPIENTE PARA RETER UM LìQUIDO, E, USO DE UMA EMULSãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de escurecimento para o marrom pulverizável que, quando aplicada a um gênero alimentício, confere um escurecimento para o marrom e opcionalmente também um efeito aromatizantes à superfície do substrato, à qual ela é aplicada. Isto é conseguido por uma emulsão óleo em água, que compreende um agente de escurecimento para o marrom e um emulsificante.
