Abstract

"MéTODO DE REDUçãO DE TENSõES DE MATERIAL NO DOBRAMENTO DUPLO DE MATERIAL DE PAPEL/PLáSTICO LAMINADO". A invenção se refere a recipientes para embalagem do tipo descartável, de uso único, os quais são produzidos a partir de laminado de papel/plástico flexível, que normalmente exibem aletas de selagem (3), as quais se estendem sobre uma ou mais das paredes (2) do recipiente para embalagem (1). Em recipientes para embalagem paralelepipédicos, ocorrem, além disto, abas de canto triangulares (4), sobre as quais se estendem as aletas de selagem (3). As abas de canto (3) são dobradas para baixo e seguras, na formação final do recipiente para embalagem, contra sua parede lateral. Isto, todavia, acarreta que o material com espessura engrossada por várias vezes tenha que ser duplamente dobrado, o que acarreta a deformação e o estiramento que danificam o material de embalagem, de modo que este não mais permanece completamente impermeável a líquido e impermeável a gás. De acordo com a invenção, as desvantagens acima delineadas podem ser eliminadas pelo fato de que a camada de fibras, incluída no material, é aquecida para uma temperatura de entre 80 e 250<198>C na região de dobramento, pelo que o material se amolece, de modo que o dobramento para baixo das abas de canto, juntamente com partes subjacentes da aleta de selagem (3), pode ser realizado sem que o material seja danificado. A impermeabilidade a líquido e a impermeabilidade a gás do recipiente para embalagem pronto serão desta maneira ser consideravelmente melhoradas, o que é crucialmente importante na embalagem de, por exemplo, alimentos líquidos.
