Abstract

"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA VAPORIZAR UM ESTOQUE DE ABASTECIMENTO DE HIDROCARBONETO MAIS PESADO COM VAPOR". Trata-se de um aparelho para a vaporização de um estoque de abastecimento de hidrocarboneto mais pesado com vapor, o dito aparelho compreendendo: (a) um primeiro elemento tubular que é aberto em ambas extremidades; (b) um segundo elemento tubular que é aberto em uma extremidade e envolve o primeiro elemento tubular para formar um espaço anular, os ditos primeiro e segundo elementos tubulares possuindo substancialmente eixos longitudinais coincidentes e possuindo extremidades abertas em suas extremidades à jusante dispostas em um plano perpendicular aos ditos eixos longitudinais coincidentes; (c) dispositivo de admissão de alimentação para introduzir um estoque de abastecimento de hidrocarboneto mais pesado dentro do primeiro elemento tubular; (d) dispositivo de admissão de vapor para introduzir vapor superaquecido dentro do espaço anular; e (e) um elemento formatado em corpo de cone, o qual em uma extremidade está conectado com a extremidade aberta do segundo elemento tubular e desvia-se em uma direção para longe do segundo elemento tubular e que possui um eixo que é substancialmente coincidente com os eixos longitudinais dos elementos tubulares, caracterizado fato de que os dispositivos de admissão de alimentação estão conectados com um dispositivo capaz de forçar um padrão de movimento em redemoinho sobre a parte liquida do estoque de alimentação de hidrocarboneto mais pesado quando entrando no dito 'dispositivo, desse modo pressionando a dita parte liquida contra a parede interna do dispositivo de admissão de alimentação de modo que um padrão de fluxo anular seja estabelecido dentro do primeiro elemento tubular.
