Abstract
"BEBIDA DE SUCO DE FRUTA, MéTODO PARA FABRICAR A MESMA, E, SISTEMA PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA". Um método e sistema para realçar o flavor de um suco de fruta e um suco de fruta fabricado de acordo com estes métodos. Adicionalmente, os métodos podem ser usados para produzir um suco de fruta estável em prateleira que seja capaz de ser armazenado em condições não refrigeradas durante períodos prolongados de tempo sem o desenvolvimento de flavores desagradáveis. Os métodos compreendem passar o suco de fruta através de uma resina absorvente que substancialmente reduz os compostos de flavor desagradável e/ou os precursores de flavores desagradáveis fabricando deste modo um suco que tenha imediatamente um flavor melhor. Adicionalmente, visto que quantidades substanciais dos precursores são removidas, os flavores desagradáveis não se desenvolverão, permitindo deste modo que o suco seja armazenado sob condições não refrigeradas durante um ou mais meses sem degradação significante do flavor do suco.
