"áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADO, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, MAMìFERO TRANSGêNICO NãO-HUMANO, MéTODO PARA TRIAR UMA SUBSTâNCIA OU UMA MOLéCULA, KIT PARA TRIAR, IN VITRO, UMA MOLéCULA OU SUBSTâNCIA CANDIDATO, MéTODO PARA TRIAR, IN VIVO, UMA SUBSTâNCIA OU MOLéCULA, KIT OU PACOTE PARA TRIAR, IN VIVO, PELO MENOS UMA MOLéCULA OU SUBSTâNCIA CANDIDATO SUBSTâNCIA QUE MODIFICA A TRANSCRIçãO DE UM POLINUCLEOTìDEO DE INTERESSE COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO E KIT PARA DETECTAR UM ENFRAQUECIMENTO DA TRANSCRIçãO DO GENE ABC1 EM UM INDIVìDUO E, KIT OU PACOTE PARA TRIAR UMA MOLéCULA OU SUBSTâNCIA CANDIDATO". A presente invenção refere-se a um ácido nucleico que é capaz de regular a transcrição do gene ABC1, que é um gene causal para patologias ligadas a uma disfunção do metabolismo do colesterol, induzindo doenças tais como aterosclerose. A invenção também refere-se a constructos de nucleotídeo compreendendo um polinucleotídeo que codifica um polipeptídeo ou um ácido nucleico de interesse, colocado sob o controle de um ácido nucleico regulador para o gene ABC1.
