Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO DE VEDAçãO APERFEIçOADOS PARA CALHA DE CORRIDA QUENTE". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e um método para injetar plástico em estado de fusão. O aparelho e o método incluem uma interface de vedação não plana inédita que impede o vazamento prematuro do plástico em estado de fusão. Um bocal com uma superfície de vedação não plana é posto em contato íntimo com uma tubulação ou um embuchamento. Dentro da tubulação, o embuchamento e o bocal formam um canal fundido para comunicação do plástico em estado de fusão com o molde. A expansão térmica na interface não plana, assim como uma pré-carga inicial, produzem uma distribuição concentrada da pressão de vedação que impede o vazamento do plástico em estado de fusão do canal fundido. Em uma modalidade da presente invenção, o embuchamento tem uma passagem através da qual uma haste de válvula é inserida para fechamento de um canal de alimentação no bocal.
