Abstract

"PLUGUE COM UMA CáPSULA". Um plugue (1) possui um corpo isolante (3) que retém contatos elétricos (4, 41 e 411), como, por exemplo, pinos de contato ou tubos de contato, em perfurações (6) que se estendem em direção axial. Esse corpo isolante (3) possui, em seu lado externo (3a), uma ranhura (8) aberta para fora, a qual cruza os orifícios ou perfurações (6) para os contatos (4 e 411) sobre uma parte da expansão radial destes. Na ranhura (8) ajusta-se um anel de retenção (9), que, em posição de trabalho, ao mesmo tempo engata em cavidades (7) em forma de ranhuras previstas nos contatos (4) e desse modo fixa os contatos em direção axial. Nesse caso, o anel de retenção (9) pode ainda carregar pelo menos uma ling³eta de retenção (10) que, de preferência, projeta-se em seu plano radialmente para dentro e que se estende através de um canal ou abertura (14) do corpo isolante (3) para dentro da região de uma outra perfuração para um contato médio (41) e, em posição de trabalho, engata na cavidade deste, de tal modo que também esse outro contato (41) localizado fora da região anelar seja fixado axialmente.
