"COMPOSIçãO DE MANTEIGA DE NOZ COM BAIXO TEOR DE GORDURA COM FIBRA E PROTEìNA ELEVADA". A invenção refere-se a uma manteiga de noz com teor de gordura reduzido tendo proteína elevada e fibra elevada. A manteiga de noz tem uma relação de proteína para gordura maior do que cerca de 0,68:1 e uma relação de fibra para gordura maior do que cerca de 0,18:1. A manteiga de noz tem bom sabor e textura.
