Abstract
"SISTEMA PARA AUMENTAR O BRILHO DE UMA PORçãO DE SINAL DE VìDEO, COMPUTADOR, MONITOR LCD, E, PROCESSO PARA AUMENTAR O BRILHO DE UMA PORçãO DE UM SINAL DE VìDEO". Um monitor LCD (MON) possui um painel LCD (LP) para exibir um sinal de vídeo de visualização (VS2) e uma unidade de iluminação (LU) para iluminar o painel LCD (LP). Um computador pessoal (PC) fornece um sinal de vídeo de entrada (VS) e um sinal de controle (CI) indicando que o brilho de uma porção do sinal de vídeo de visualização (VS2) tem que ser aumentado. A unidade LCD (MON) aumenta a luz emitida da unidade de iluminação (LU) de uma quantidade predeterminado, quando o sinal de controle (CI) assim o indica. O sistema compreende adicionalmente um meio de modificação de amplitude (AM1; AM2; CU) para diminuir uma amplitude do serviço de vídeo (VS; VS2) fora da porção, quando o sinal de controle (CI) assim o indica. Deste modo, é possível aumentar o brilho da porção da imagem visualizada, correspondendo à porção do sinal de vídeo com respeito ao restante da imagem exibida.
