Abstract
This invention provides a resin extruded plate for light guide plate and a method for producing the same. The resin extruded plate for light guide plate is suitable for a display employed in office automation apparatuses, e.g. a personal computer and a word processor, various monitors for displaying an image signal, e.g. a panel monitor and a television monitor, and a display or a signboard employed in an indoor and outdoor illuminators. The resin extruded plate has a thickness of 2-15 mm, within ±1% of a set thickness, and exhibits an illuminance uniformity ratio not lower than 80% when it is used as the light guide plate of a liquid crystal display back light device.
