Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA PRé-CONFORMAR UM CORDãO DE SALSICHA". Um método e aparelho para cortar salsichas comprime a carne dentro do envoltório por uma roda de conformação para mover a emulsão de carne para longe do ponto de conformação para fornecer o envoltório suficiente para fechar as extremidades dos segmentos propostos e para impedir rompimento do envoltório. Isto é realizado passando o cordão de salsicha não conectada sobre uma roda de conformação para conformar os pontos de conexão propostos, reformatando o cordão de salsicha nos pontos de conexão, e então cortando subsequentemente os pontos de conexão pré-conformados.
