Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE VOZ, E, MéTODO PARA PROCESSAR A VOZ CODIFICADA DIGITALMENTE." Decodificador de voz compreende um decodificador (103) para converter o sinal de voz codificado de predição linear no primeiro fluxo de amostragem possuindo uma primeira taxa de amostragem e representando a primeira banda de freq³ência. Adicionalmente, este compreende um vocodificador (105) para converter um sinal de entrada em um segundo fluxo de amostragem possuindo a segunda taxa de amostragem e representando a segunda banda de freq³ência, e um dispositivo combinador (107) para combinar o primeiro e o segundo fluxos de amostragem na forma processada. Este compreende também um dispositivo (301) para gerar o segundo filtro de predição linear, a ser usado pelo vocodificador (105) na segunda banda de freq³ência, com base no primeiro filtro de predição linear usado pelo decodificador (103) na primeira banda de freq³ência. A extrapolação através de um filtro de resposta de impulso infinito é o método preferível para gerar o segundo filtro de predição linear.
