Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE SOLDA DE UM PERNO EM UMA PEçA DE TRABALHO". é apresentado um processo para soldar perno (19) em uma peça de trabalho por meio de um dispositivo soldador de perno, e apresentado o próprio dispositivo soldador de perno. Através de um dispositivo, adicionalmente conectável, (29) é aplicada uma força sobre o eixo de acionamento (11), que oferece resistência a um deslocamento do eixo de acionamento (11). O eixo de acionamento (11) é movimentado através de um acionamento linear (5) eletromagnético, que atua axialmente. Através do dispositivo (29) pode-se impedir o movimento do eixo de acionamento (11) e este ser posicionada de forma estável, de forma que o acionamento linear (5) possa ser comutado para o estado livre de corrente. Além disso, o dispositivo também pode servir para o amortecimento do movimento do eixo de acionamento (11).
