Abstract

"ELEMENTO SUPERFICIAL E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM ELEMENTO SUPERFICIAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um elemento superficial (2) para corpos de veículo na modalidade de construção do tipo de sanduíche, o qual abrange um revestimento externo (4) e uma chapa de metal com protuberância (6) com perfis de borda (8, 9) dispostos entre estes, em uma primeira etapa, os perfis de borda (8, 10) são unidos pelo menos parcialmente com um processo de união mecânico à chapa de metal com protuberância (6), em uma segunda etapa, a placa com protuberância (6) é colada com o revestimento externo (4), e em uma terceira etapa, os perfis de borda (8, 10) são unidos pelo menos parcialmente com um processo de união mecânico com o revestimento externo (4). Por meio destas medida é obtida uma elevada resistência a empuxe e amolgamento do elemento superficial.
