Abstract

"COMUTADOR AUTOMáTICO COM ELETROìMã DE ATUAçãO PARA CURTOS-CIRCUITOS". Um comutador automático modular no qual o eletroímã (11) que fornece proteção contra curtos-circuitos e que é do tipo de núcleo móvel, consiste de um núcleo (25,26) com uma seção transversal retangular em torno de qual uma bobina (35) formada com voltas retangulares de fio é enrolada, uma forquilha retangular (31) assegurando o fechamento do circuito magnético, e na qual a parte móvel (26) do núcleo é "polarizada" em uma posição de repouso, definida por um apoio (45) formado no invólucro de comutador (1), por uma mola (41) fora da forquilha de modo a otimizar a seção de trabalho para o fluxo magnético no núcleo e a seção do cobre, resultando em uma redução nas perdas em ferro e em cobre e um desenho mais plano da estrutura eletromagnética.
