Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE IMPEDâNCIA DE CORRENTE, E MéTODO PARA OPERAR UM POçO DE PETRóLEO". Dispositivo de impedância de corrente na forma de um regulador ferromagnético em um poço de petróleo, onde um potencial de voltagem é desenvolvido através do regulador para energizar e comunicar-se com dispositivos e sensores no poço. O poço de petróleo inclui um furo de poço com tubulação interna, tendo uma coluna de tubagem posicionada dentro e estendendo-se longitudinalmente dentro da tubulação interna. Um sensor de válvula de elevação de gás controlável, ou outro dispositivo é acoplado à tubagem. O sensor de válvula, ou outro dispositivo é energizado e controlado a partir da superfície. Sinais de comunicação e energia são enviados da superfície usando a tubagem, tubulação interna ou revestimento interno como o condutor com um aterramento. Por exemplo, a corrente alternada é direcionada ao longo de uma tubulação interna para uma lateral, onde a corrente encontra um regulador. A tubulação interna é, geralmente, eletricamente isolado da terra pelo cimento, enquanto a lateral termina em um aterramento.
