Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UM ARRANQUE PARA VEìCULO". Processo de fabricação de um arranque (2) para veículo, caracterizado pelo fato de que ele compreende as etapas que consistem em: fornecer um pinhão (24) de lançador que apresenta um flanco (42) e uma pista (26) para o rolamento de rodízios (22); fornecer um capó (44) de lançador (8) que apresenta em sua periferia interna uma porção axialmente saliente que delimita uma abertura (52) que tem um diâmetro (T) superior a um maior diâmetro (P) da pista (26); introduzir o capó (44) sobre a pista do pinhão (24) e deformar a porção saliente do capó (44) para reduzir o diâmetro de sua abertura de modo que o flanco se estenda entre a abertura (52) e a pista (26) e bloqueie o capó na direção da pista; e fixar o capó (44) a uma caixa (14) de lançador, de modo que ele recubra a caixa na periferia pelo menos parcialmente.
