Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DETERMINAR UMA VELOCIDADE DE DADOS DE PACOTE EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL". é revelada uma estação móvel para determinar uma velocidade de dados para um serviço de dados de pacote em um sistema de comunicação móvel que inclui uma estação base, e a estação móvel sendo provida de um serviço de voz e um serviço de dados de pacote da estação base. Na estação móvel, o receptor recebe informação de alocação de código ortogonal indicando o número de códigos ortogonais alocados para o serviço de dados de pacote, um medidor mede o CIR utilizando um canal piloto recebido, e uma controladora determina a velocidade de dados que corresponde ao CIR medido, controla a velocidade de dados determinada com base no número de códigos ortogonais alocados, e determina uma velocidade de dados controlada.
