Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "QUEIMADOR DE PAREDE RADIANTE DE ALTA CAPACIDADE/BAIXO NO~ x~". Método para operar um queimador de parede radiante para aquecer uma superfície radiante adjacente a uma zona de combustão, o referido método compreendendo: fornecimento de uma mistura de combustível comburente pobre em carburante - ar; fazer com que a mistura de combustível - ar circule para fora de um bico principal, na referida zona de combustão e em geral através da referida superfície radiante em um padrão circular, que circunda, essencialmente, o referido bico principal em uma direção radial; fazer com que a mistura de combustível - ar circule para fora do referido bico principal em uma velocidade inicial que excede a velocidade da chama da mistura, pelo que uma chama redonda separada é criada; fornecimento de um combustível secundário em uma localização no forno em um lado oposto da referida zona da referida superfície radiante, o referido combustível secundário constituindo uma porção substancial do combustível total proporcionado para a referida zona de combustão pelo referido sistema de abastecimento de mistura de combustível - ar e o referido sistema de bico de combustível secundário.
