Abstract
Conjunto quemador para un quemador radiante que comprende una estructura tubular de quemador en forma de conducto quemador alargado con extremos de entrada y salida espaciados entre sí. El conducto está adaptado y dispuesto para conducir una mezcla gaseosa pobre en combustible, que contiene una parte del total del combustible fluido a quemar y oxigeno, desde el extremo de entrada hasta el extremo de salida. El conjunto también comprende, en el extremo de salida del conducto, una boquilla quemadora principal que tiene un eje central, una pared que se extiende alrededor de una cámara ubicada centralmente en la misma y un extremo de salida espaciado del extremo de salida del conducto. La boquilla quemadora principal está dispuesta y adaptada para recibir la mezcla de combustible y aire pobre en combustible procedente del conducto y reorientar la misma a través de una pluralidad de aberturas en la pared hacia una zona de combustion, en direccion transversal al eje y a una velocidad mayor que la velocidad de llama de mezcla gaseosa. Las aberturas están circunferencialmente distribuidas alrededor de la pared por lo que la mezcla se dirige a través de estas aberturas, sin recirculacion substancial y con una mínima caída de presion, hacia la zona de combustion disponiéndose en un patron redondo plano que se separa de la boquilla , rodea la pared y se extiende hacia fuera a través de la superficie radiante de una cerámica de quemador. El quemador también comprende un tubo de combustible alargado que se extiende en direccion sustancialmente paralela al eje de la boquilla y el tubo de combustible tiene una porcion de extremo de salida. Hay una boquilla de combustible secundario que incluye un orificio para combustible secundario en la porcion de extremo de salida del tubo de combustible. El orificio de combustible secundario mencionado está ubicado y dispuesto de modo de suministrar combustible secundario a una posicion que se encuentra en el lado opuesto al patron de combustible, respecto de la superficie radiante, y suficientemente alejada de la zona de combustion como para permitir que el mismo se entremezcle con gases de combustion antes de ingresar a esa zona.
