Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MéTODO E APARELHO PARA MONITORAR OS DENTES DE UMA PLACA PENTE PARA UM TRANSPORTADOR DE PASSAGEIROS". Um aparelho para monitorar, automaticamente, a integridade estrutural dos dentes da placa pente de um transportador de passageiros, por estabelecer um sinal elétrico ou de pressão ao longo de cada um dos dentes da placa pente. O caminho do sinal é monitorado por um controlador, e um dente da placa pente danificado é detectado, com base na variação no sinal se propagando pelo caminho do sinal. Mediante detecção de um dente danificado, o controlador desliga o transportador de passageiros e/ou indica que é necessária manutenção da placa pente.
