Abstract

"TUBO DE AçO INOXIDáVEL PARA ESTRUTURA DE AUTOMóVEL". Um tubo de aço inoxidável para uma peça de estrutura de automóvel que tenha excelente plasticidade para operação secundária compreende: uma composição química que inclui não mais do que 0,20% em massa de C; não mais do que 1,5 % em massa de Si; não mais do que 2,0% em massa de Mn; 10-18 % em massa de Cr; não mais do que 0,03 % em massa de N; ou ainda pelo menos um tipo de elemento selecionado do grupo que consiste em não mais do que 0,6% em massa de Cu; não mais do que 0,6% em massa de Ni; não mais do que 2,5% em massa de Mo; não mais do que 1,0% em massa de Nb; não mais do que 1,0% em massa de Ti e não mais do que 1,0% em massa de V; Fe como o restante e as inevitáveis impurezas e uma estrutura que é constituída de ferrita ou de ferrita e martensita, em que o valor de TE definido pela fórmula ( 1 ) a seguir excede 25.000 MPa%. valor de TE = TS x ( El + 21,9 ) ( 1 ) Na fórmula mencionada acima, TS representa a resistência à tração na direção axial do tubo ( MPa ) e El representa a elongação na direção axial do tubo ( % ).
