Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS REVESTIDAS DE POLìMEROS FLUORADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma superfície metálica revestida, compreendendo sucessivamente: uma camada (1) de primário epóxi disposta contra o metal, uma camada (2) de ligante, compreendendo 98 a 50 partes em peso de pelo menos um polímero fluorado L3 para respectivamente 2 a 50 partes de pelo menos um polímero escolhido dentre os polímeros acrílicos L1 e os polímeros L2 que são polímeros fluorados modificados quimicamente por uma desidrofluoração parcial seguida de uma oxidação, uma camada (3) de polímero fluorado. De acordo com uma primeira variante, o revestimento não compreende a camada (3). é todavia recomendado que a camada (2) que se torna a camada externa seja mais espessa que na estrutura da invenção principal. De acordo com uma segunda variante, o revestimento não compreende a camada de primário (1), a camada de ligante contém necessariamente o polímero L2 e a superfície é necessariamente a superfície externa de tubulações. De acordo com uma terceira variante, o revestimento da superfície externa de tubulações. Essas tubulações são úteis para a exploração dos poços de petróleo quentes em costas, com efeito é necessário que as tubulações que transportam o petróleo quente resistem à corrosão da água do mar.
