Abstract
"LIMPADOR DE ELETRODOS". A presente invenção se refere a um limpador de eletrodos para a eliminação de partículas fluidas ou sólidas da corrente de gás. O limpador de eletrodos consiste em um tubo (1) que é atravessado na direção longitudinal pelo gás ser depurado, formando a sua parede interna (1A) um eletrodo de precipitação para as partículas que serão eliminadas. Na linha média no interior do tubo (1) é disposto, estendendo-se na direção longitudinal, um eletrodo interno (2), existindo no espaço entre este eletrodo interno e o eletrodo de precipitação um campo elétrico de alta tensão. O eletrodo interno (2) apresenta do lado da entrada da corrente um primeiro segmento (2A) com uma superfície de seção transversal pequena e do lado da saída da corrente, um segundo segmento (2B) com uma superfície de seção transversal maior em comparação com aquela. Neste caso o primeiro segmento serve essencialmente para a formação de um corona e o segundo segmento essencialmente para a formação de um campo eletrostático de separação. Para a limpeza do segmento do eletrodo interno que forma o corona, é previsto um elemento de limpeza (3), que, para a limpeza do segmento do eletrodo interno que forma o corona, é deslocado em relação ao eletrodo e se encontra em contato físico com ele. Neste caso, para a produção do movimento relativo, o elemento de acionamento (4) é disposto de um modo que economiza espaço no interior do eletrodo interno (2) que é projetado oco.
