Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO DE TRANSMISSãO DE DADOS INVERSA EM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO MóVEL". Um método de controle de velocidade de dados inversa em um sistema de comunicação móvel para transmissão de dados de pacote é fornecido. Em uma versão da presente invenção, uma mensagem RRL (Reverse Rate Limit - Limite de Velocidade Inversa) inclui um campo Ignore RAD (Reverse Activity Bit - Bit de Atividade Inversa) para assegurar uma velocidade de dados predeterminada para um terminal de acesso (AT) em particular. Em outra versão da presente invenção, uma probabilidade de acesso é fixada para cada velocidade de dados na mensagem RRL. Quando do recebimento de um PAB, o AT compara um número aleatório com a probabilidade de acesso para sua velocidade de dados e aumenta ou diminui a velocidade de dados de acordo com o resultado da comparação.
