Abstract

"SENSOR DE TEMPERATURA COM RESPOSTA AJUSTáVEL PARA TRANSCEPTOR". Trata-se de um sensor de temperatura com resposta ajustável (306, Rext) , particularmente para um transceptor (102, 200, 400) capaz de medir um ou mais parâmetros (por exemplo, temperatura, pressão) e transmitir um fluxo de dados (Figuras 3C, 4B) para uma leitora/interrogador externo (106) . O transceptor tipicamente opera em um modo passivo, derivando sua força (Vxx, Vcc, Vdd) de um sinal de interrogação RF recebido por um sistema de antena (210, 410), mas também opera em um modo ativo energizado por bateria. O transceptor inclui memória (238, 438) para armazenar as medidas, dados de calibragem, parâmetros de compensação programável (436b), ID do transceptor e semelhantes. O sensor de temperatura é um dispositivo de medida de temperatura caracterizado por uma resistência (Rext, 216, 416, 716) e por um circuito de percepção de temperatura (306) compreendendo um transistor de percepção de temperatura (Q1) que exibe uma alteração prognosticável em sua voltagem do emissor base devido à temperatura e os transistores (P1, N1, P2, N2) conectados para espelhar uma corrente (I(T)) através do transistor de percepção de temperatura e através da resistência. A resistência pode ser um resistor fixo independente da temperatura ou uma resistência que possui um valor de resistência que de forma prognosticável varia com a temperatura, tal como um termistor (716) . A resposta da temperatura e a resolução podem ser ajustadas ao mesmo tempo que mantendo-se os níveis de corrente desejados pela variação do valor da resistência e também pela seleção de um termistor com um coeficiente de temperatura adequado. os bits de compensação que podem ser configurados pelo usuário podem ser utilizados para determinar a graduação da saída do transceptor. A substituição de um capacitor externo de percepção de pressão por um capacitor de valor fixo permite flexibilidade na graduação da saída quando somente leituras de temperatura são necessárias.
