Abstract

"PONTO DE JUNçãO ENTRE DOIS COMPONENTES DE FERRAMENTA". é proposto um ponto de junção entre dois componentes de ferramenta dos quais um primeiro componente de ferramenta apresenta uma reentrância em forma de cone oco e um segundo componente de ferramenta apresenta uma saliência em forma de cone que pode ser inserida na reentrância. o ponto de junção se caracteriza pelo fato de que a reentrância (7) e a saliência (33) apresentam ângulos cónicos praticamente idênticos, que a saliência (33) é projetada como sendo praticamente inflexível e a parede (9) que envolve a reentrância (7) do primeiro componente de ferramenta (suporte (1)) seja projetada flexível, e pelo fato de que os dois componentes de ferramenta (1, 31) são dotados com superfície planas (23, 37) que, depois da junção dos dois componentes de ferramenta (1, 31), se apoiam uma contra a outra. O essencial é que os dois componentes de ferramenta no estado montado do ponto de junção (1) sejam de tal modo tensionados entre si na direção axial por meio de um dispositivo tensor, que a parede (9) do primeiro componente de ferramenta (1) seja alargada.
