Abstract

"MECANISMO PARA AJUSTE DE ELEMENTOSARTICULADOS". O mecanismo inclui duas partes discóides (1) e(2) montadas em um eixo não fixado (3), estas partes (1) e (2)sendo equipadas em cada uma de suas faces opostas com seçõesdentadas, (4) que se engatam constantemente entre si. A parte (1)é montada como uma catraca que é montada no item móvel ouarticulado, enquanto a parte (2) forma uma coroa e é solidamentemontada na estrutura fixa na qual este mecanismo é aplicado. Oposicionamento da catraca (1) no eixo (3) permite que o mesmo semova axialmente para facilitar a separação dos dentes (4) e permitira inclinação do item móvel no sentido de desdobramento oureajuste do mecanismo. A separação dos dentes (4) é realizada porum elemento separador (9) que é montado entre a catraca (1) e acoroa (2), a catraca (1) sendo capaz de agir automaticamente narotação da catraca com relação à coroa ou ser manualmenteoperado para realizar a separação. é necessário que a catraca (1)ative a posição de engate com a coroa (2) por meio de uma mola(8) que é sustentada por um disco externo (7) o qual, por sua vez,pressiona uma chapa de limite (6) perfurada pelo eixo (3) emontada na catraca (1).
