Abstract

"TRATOR TENDO UM SISTEMA DE DIREçãO HIDRáULICA". Um cilindro de direção para um trator com batentes de direção internos ajustáveis que não ocupam espaço de acondicionamento além do próprio cilindro. Tampas de extremidade do cilindro, entre haste de pistão e o cilindro servem como os batentes. As tampas de extremidade são montadas de maneira rosqueada no cilindro para possibilitar ajustamento. Os batentes podem ser girados em relação ao cilindro para rosquear os batentes para dentro ou para fora mudando com isto o curso do cilindro de direção. Uma vez que os batentes são ajustados para a localização desejada, eles são mantidos no lugar por meio de um retentor que é aparafusado ao cilindro. Os retentores podem ser removidos de maneira seletiva do cilindro e então utilizados como uma chave para girar os batentes para ajustar o curso do cilindro. Ajustamento é necessário quando combinações diferentes de roda e pneu são montadas no trator ou quando a largura de banda de rodagem é modificada. Um limitador de trajeto é montado ao cilindro para impedir a retirada completa dos batentes e a perda resultante de óleo hidráulico.
