Abstract

"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE TRAJETóRIA LAN PARA TROCA FáCIL DE PORTA ATIVA DE TERMINAL". Em um sistema de controle de trajetória de rede de área local, hubs são conectados em anel e são classificados em dois grupos. Cada um dos terminais tem dois controladores LAN. Um dos controladores LAN é conectado a um dos hubs pertencente a um dos grupos, enquanto o outro é conectado a um dos hubs do outro grupo. Um dos controladores LAN é usado como controlador ativo enquanto o outro é usado como um controlador de espera. Cada um dos terminais tem uma tabela de informação de destinação registrando endereços IP de destinação e endereços MAC de destinação dos demais terminais. Quando o terminal detecta uma falha entre o controlador ativo e o correspondente hub, isto faz trocar o controlador ativo entre os dois controladores LAN. Ademais, o terminal notifica um novo endereço MAC para comunicaçao do terminal com os demais terminais. Cada um dos demais terminais regrava o endereço MAC de destinação referente ao terminal que notifica o novo endereço MAC do terminal de informação de destinação.
