Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FIXAçãO DE UM ENCOSTO DE ASSENTO A UMA CARROCERIA DE VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR". Dispositivo (1) de fixação de um encosto de assento à carroceria um veículo automotor, que compreende um prego (2) fixado à carroceria e um mecanismo de conexão (3), que é fixado ao encosto de assento, capaz de interagir com o prego (2) e equipado com um corpo de apoio (6), uma forquilha (7) articulada ao mencionado corpo de apoio (6) e carregado por uma mola (25) em direção a uma posição aberta, em que são permitidos o encaixe e desencaixe entre um assento (22) e o prego (2), e um retentor (8) articulado ao corpo de apoio (6), carregado por uma mola (35) em direção à forquilha (7) e capaz de ser preso por encaixe sobre a forquilha (7), para travá-la de forma liberável em posição de conexão, em que o prego (2) é acoplado ao assento (22); o mecanismo de conexão (3) também é equipado com meios de travamento liberáveis (45), que interagem com o retentor (8) para manter este último em posição separada da forquilha (7) e que pode ser seletivamente desativado através do movimento da forquilha (7) para a posição de conexão.
