Abstract
"PROCESSOS DE ADVERTIR UM OPERADOR DE VEìCULO DA NECESSIDADE DE DAR MANUTENçãO EM UMA TRANSMISSãO DE VEìCULO, E DE IMPEDIR AVARIAS A UMA TRANSMISSãO DE VEìCULO, DECORRENTE DE CONTAMINANTES, EM UM SISTEMA HIDRáULICO, E, VEìCULO". Processo e aparelho para detecção de um filtro de óleo de transmissão com restrição ou em derivação, provendo transdutores de pressão em ambos os lados do filtro de óleo, por meio dos quais o diferencial de pressão indicará a extensão da restrição do filtro. Um primeiro alarme é ativado a uma primeira pressão diferencial, de forma a indicar um filtro com restrição, e a necessidade de troca de filtro. Um segundo alarme, de nível mais alto, é ativado, de forma a indicar que o filtro está em derivação e que o motor teve sua velocidade reduzida, de forma a permitir que a pressão e o diferencial de pressão caiam no ponto que o filtro não esteja mais em derivação. Isto permite que o veículo seja operado com capacidades limitadas, de forma a permitir que o veículo seja guiado para a oficina para troca de filtro. Se a menor velocidade do motor for insuficiente para reduzir o diferencial de pressão para interromper a derivação, então a velocidade do motor é reduzida ainda mais, até uma marcha lenta, e a transmissão é colocada em ponto morto. O filtro deve ser trocado antes do veículo poder ser operado novamente, de forma a impedir avarias à unidade hidrostática na transmissão.
