Abstract

"INSERçãO DE VáLVULA RESPIRADORA DE TUBULAçãO ECP". Uma inserção de válvula respiradora compreende um conjunto de bucha, um conjunto de pistão e uma mola. A mesma é projetada para se encaixar ajustadamente e de forma vedada dentro de uma perfuração adequada, tal como uma perfuração de ventilação de um conjunto de tubulação ECP. O conjunto de bucha define um furo longitudinal dentro do qual está situado o conjunto de pistão. Quando pressão piloto é aplicada à sua superfície superior, o conjunto de pistão é forçado para uma posição aberta em que o fluido é permitido fluir através da inserção de válvula respiradora. Sem pressão piloto atuando contra a superfície superior, a mola atua para forçar o conjunto de pistão para cima dentro do furo longitudinal. Preso à parte inferior do conjunto de pistão, um elemento de vedação anular é carregado para cima de modo que sua superfície plana é assentada contra uma parte interna elevada de uma sede de válvula anular. A inserção de válvula respiradora dessa forma é normalmente propendida para a posição fechada. A inserção de válvula respiradora também apresenta um mecanismo para prevenir movimento não-longitudinal do conjunto de pistão quando o mesmo é deslocado longitudinalmente dentro do furo longitudinal. O mecanismo não apenas guia o movimento do conjunto de pistão dentro do conjunto e bucha mas impede também o efeito de badalo de sino inerente às inserções de válvula respiradora atualmente usadas na indústria.
