Abstract

"SISTEMA DE OFERTAS E DE NEGOCIAçãO CENTRALIZADAS E RESPECTIVOS MéTODOS OPERACIONAIS DE PROCESSOS DE OFERTAS E DE NEGóCIOS E DE ATIVIDADES MERCANTIS APLICADOS AOS SETORES PRODUTIVOS". Sistema privado particularmente desenvolvido para o incentivo à atividade mercantil económica e à competitividade dos setores produtivos: agrícola, industrial, comercial e de serviços; Sistema este que utiliza-se de adequados instrumentos tecnológicos e eletrónicos de acesso, processamento e comunicação (Internet, Intranet, Extranet, dentre outros) de dados e informações mercadológicas, negociais, operacionais e comerciais, integrando o setor produtivo entre seus diversos segmentos e estes com o setor financeiro; o sistema operacional de negócios está caracterizado por apresentar uma estrutura básica formada por um Sistema de Negociação Centralizada - SNC (1), passível de se desenvolver através dos ADNs (2) e ao mesmo tempo estar interligada, por meios tecnológicos e eletrónicos de acesso, processamento e comunicação (3), às Instituições do Mercado Produtivo (4) formadas ideologicamente por agentes Vendedores (5) e agentes Compradores (6), sendo que toda esta interligação está auto-regulamentada, institucionalmente, por uma Central Normatizadora (7) e, empresarialmente, por uma Central Operadora (8), utilizando as Instituições Financeiras (9), em especiais Bancos e Instituições Seguradoras (10) que, em conjunto com os bancos, atuam como Garantidores (11) da emissão dos Títulos Mercantis (12) ou outras formas de garantias para a liquidação desses Títulos Mercantis, com os demais prestadores de Serviços auxiliares, e principalmente atuando como um Sistema dinâmico e contextual, onde cada operação tem seus mais variados componentes considerados no exato contexto da realização de cada negociação; todo o desenvolvimento de estruturas, normas, regulamentos, procedimentos e serviços, é baseado em processos Operacional, Comercial, Tecnológico e Científico.
