Abstract

"MéTODO DE SINCRONIZAçãO DE TEMPO PRECISO QUE TEM UMA FUNçãO DE FILTRAGEM PARA UM SISTEMA DE TELECOMUNICAçõES SEM FIO". é provido um método que inicia diversos passos de sincronização de tempo entre componentes de clock escravo e um componente de clock mestre em um sistema de telecomunicação sem fio. Para cada passo, cada componente de clock escravo gera e transmite uma primeira célula de temporização para o clock mestre. A primeira célula de temporização contém um tempo de transmissão baseado no clock do componente de clock escravo. Mediante recebimento da primeira célula de temporização, o clock mestre gera e transmite para o componente de clock escravo uma segunda célula de temporização contendo o tempo em que o clock mestre recebeu a primeira célula de temporização e o tempo em que o clock mestre transmitiu a segunda célula de temporização. Mediante recebimento da segunda célula de temporização, o componente de clock escravo obterá seu tempo de recepção e calculará um retardo de transmissão com base no tempo de recepção e na informação de temporização contida nas células de temporização. Cada componente de clock escravo utiliza uma função de filtragem para descartar informação a partir de um passo de sincronização que pode ter dados indesejáveis devido ao processamento e outros retardos. A função de filtragem também reiniciará o processo de sincronização toda vez que um retardo de transmissão calculado for menor do que o melhor retardo. Isto permite que o processo trabalhe de forma precisa o retardo adequado experimentado entre cada componente de clock escravo e o clock mestre. Após informação de temporização a partir de um número predeterminado de passos de sincronização de tempo ter sido obtida, cada componente de clock escravo usa um retardo de transmissão médio para sincronizar seu tempo com o tempo do clock mestre.
