Abstract
<B>ANTENA DE CORREçãO COM TRANSFORMADOR DE IMPEDâNCIA EMBUTIDO E MéTODOS PARA SUA FABRICAçãO<D> é descrita uma antena que compreende uma antena tendo um elemento de correção fabricado sobre um substrato, um plano aterrado e um transformador de impedância entre o elemento de correção e o plano aterrado. O elemento de correção é conectado eletricamente a uma primeira extremidade do transformador de impedância, e uma linha de alimentação é conectada eletricamente a uma segunda extremidade do transformador de impedância através do plano aterrado. A utilização do transformador de impedância permite que o casamento de impedância seja realizado sem ser limitado pelas limitações físicas do elemento de correção. De acordo com um outro aspecto da invenção, um elemento de correção é fabricado sobre uma primeira superfície de substrato e um plano aterrado é fabricado sobre uma segunda superfície de substrato, o plano aterrado separado do elemento de correção por uma pluralidade de camadas de substrato. Um transformador de impedância é embutido entre camadas de substrato limitantes entre o elemento de correção e o plano aterrado, e uma via condutiva eletricamente conecta uma primeira extremidade do transformador de impedância a um ponto de alimentação no elemento de correção. A antena ainda inclui uma alimentação coaxial tendo um condutor externo conectado eletricamente ao plano aterrado e um condutor interno conectado eletricamente a uma segunda extremidade do transformador de impedância, de modo tal que um sinal é levado entre a alimentação coaxial e o elemento de correção através do transformador de impedância.
