Abstract
"MOINHO CENTRìFUGO DE TRITURAçãO". Que compreende um eixo vertical de rotação (1), um eixo de nutação (2) um eixo de intersecção (1) em um ponto de simetria de nutação (3) uma câmara de trituração (4) simétrica em torno do eixo (2) que conecta com a passagem de alimentação (5) na sua extremidade superior e possui aberturas de descarga (6) de um elemento de crivo (26) localizado dentro de uma área plana alinhada normal e simétrica e interceptada pelo eixo (2), e adjacente ao plano que contém o diâmetro máximo da câmara de trituração (4), meios de suporte que compreendem um ou mais elementos de armação (7) adaptados para apoiar o moinho e transmitir forças e momentos gerados pelo moinho a fundações apropriadas, meios limitadores para determinar a forma do movimento de nutação da câmara de trituração, os quais compreendem superfícies de apoios anulares de nutação (8) e (9) que rolam nas superfícies de apoio fixas (10) e (11) correspondentes e superfícies esféricas de nutação e de parte fixa (12) e (13), respectivamente, que contêm centros coincidentes com o ponto de simetria (3), e um dispositivo de acionamento localizado abaixo da câmara de trituração (4) que compreende um eixo de transmissão (14) adaptado para ser acionado na sua extremidade inferior por um motor elétrico (15) ou um outro dispositivo de acionamento de energia através de um acoplamento de transmissão flexível (16), sendo que o dito eixo de transmissão (14) é apoiado nas suas extremidades superior e inferior por mancais (17) e (18), respectivamente, os quais são montados em um elemento de suporte (46) unido ao elemento de armação (7), e o dito eixo de transmissão (14) tem uma ponta de eixo excêntrica (19) apoiada em sua extremidade superior, sendo que o eixo geométrico da ponta de eixo (20) é mantida coincidente com o eixo de nutação (2) pelo acoplamento da ponta de eixo (19) com o mancal (21) montado na extremidade inferior da câmara de trituração (4).
