Abstract

"SACOS IMPERMEáVEIS A AR E LìQUIDOS E VEDáVEIS DE MANEIRA LIBERáVEL E MéTODO PARA O PREPARO DE ALIMENTOS A BAIXA TEMPERATURA UTILIZANDO OS MESMOS". Trata-se de um saco vedável de maneira liberável para cozimento a baixa temperatura que compreende um material em película, sendo que o material em película não deforma a temperaturas de até aproximadamente 125<198>C, e o saco é impermeável ao ar e a líquidos quando vedado. Também são apresentados sacos nos quais pelo menos uma porção do material em película compreende um material compósito em película dotado de um adesivo sensível à pressão protegido contra aderência inadvertida. Também são apresentados métodos para o preparo e cozimento de alimentos ao se utilizar qualquer das modalidades do saco da presente invenção.
